CONDENSED TOS
NOTICE: This is the condensed version of the Terms of Service.It’s just a quick summary so you can get a feel for the main points — not every detail is included here. Please make sure to read the full TOS below too, since those are the terms that will apply to your order.

A $20 upfront fee is needed after the sketch is approved. The rest should be paid before I send the final piece.
Everything must be paid in USD.
Your finished artwork will be delivered digitally — no physical shipping involved.
You can request unlimited changes during the sketch phase.
After it’s finished, you can still ask for small tweaks (like changing eye color), as long as it’s within reason.
You’re eligible for a refund if no progress has been made within if I don’t complete the work by the deadline we agreed on.
Please stay in touch and reply as soon as you can — I need your feedback to keep things moving smoothly.
You’re allowed to use the artwork for personal purposes only.
If you want to use it commercially (like for merch or branding), we’ll need to agree on extra fees and terms first.
You’re not allowed to use the artwork in any blockchain-related stuff — including NFTs, crypto, or anything like that in the future.
You also can’t use the artwork in anything AI-related, like datasets, generators, or future AI tools.
The rate for additional characters depend on the complexity of the design all additonal starts at $20 and is capped at the posted rates.

TERMS OF SERVICELast updated: June 2, 2025PAYMENTS1. I’ll show you the sketch first, and once that’s approved, payment is needed before I continue.
2. For orders over $500, I’ll ask for 50% upfront. The rest is due once the sketch is approved.
3. If you need a different payment setup, just let me know before I start.
4. I won’t be able to keep working until payment (or first part of it) is received.
5. Some types of commissions need to be paid in full upfront — I’ll always tell you ahead of time if that’s the case. The rate for additional characters depend on the complexity of the design all additonal starts at $20 and is capped at the posted rates.---
DELIVERY6. Your finished piece will be sent digitally to the email you provide after final payment is in.
7. If you want it delivered another way (physical copy, different platform, etc.), let’s talk about it before I start. You’ll be responsible for any extra costs involved (like shipping or service fees).
8. Please make sure you have access to the delivery method you choose. I can’t be held responsible for things like lost emails, spam filters, or file loss after I’ve sent the final product.
9. Once you’ve got the final piece, it’s up to you to keep it safe — I can’t promise I’ll have a backup later if it gets lost.---REVISIONS10. You can ask for as many changes as you want during the sketch phase.
11. After that, I’m happy to do small tweaks (like eye color changes or tiny fixes) — as long as they’re within a reasonable amount of time spent. If it goes beyond that, we’ll talk it out and it might cost a little extra.---CURRENCY & PAYMENT INFO12. All payments are in USD.
13. You’ll be responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank fees, or service fees involved in sending payment.
14. Payment is officially considered complete when the full amount in USD is received in my PHP account.---REFUNDS15. You can request a full refund if I haven’t made any progress within the agreed upon timeframe.
This doesn’t apply if delays are caused by emergencies or unexpected life stuff.
16. Please try to respond to messages or updates in a timely way. If I don’t hear back, I’ll assume you’re okay with how things are going.---USAGE RIGHTS17. You’re commissioning the art for personal use only. If you want to use it for commercial stuff (like merch, branding, publishing, etc.), let’s make a separate agreement with its own terms and price.You cannot:* Use the art for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or anything blockchain-related.
* Use the art in AI datasets, AI tools, or anything AI-related — now or in the future.---CANCELLATIONS18. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. If that happens, you’ll get a full refund.
19. Rude or disrespectful behavior will get your order canceled. You’ll get a refund based on how much work was done, and I may choose not to work with you again in the future.for any other questions, hit me up!
